Join us as a vendor at our Taste of Assyria Festival through one of the following packages:
Vendor Packages
Package 1 – Full Vendor Booth: $200
• 10’ x 10’ booth space (inside or outside the tent)
• One (1) 6’ table
• Two (2) chairs
• Full selling rights throughout the festival
Package 2 – Advertising Package: $50
• Banner advertisement displayed at the festival
• Flyer or product advertisement included during the event

About the Event
The Taste of Assyria Festival is an annual celebration of Assyrian culture, heritage, and traditions hosted by the Assyrian Church of the East, Mar Yosip Parish, in Gilbert. This exciting weekend brings together thousands from the local community and beyond.
Enjoy non-stop activities, live entertainment, cultural exhibits, and a variety of traditional Assyrian and Mediterranean foods—ensuring fun for all ages. Join us for an unforgettable cultural experience that brings people together in celebration of Assyrian heritage!

• Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Application & Payment
• Vendors must complete the vendor application form
• Package 1 fee: $200 (both days)
• Package 2 fee: $50
• Make checks payable to Assyrian Church of the East and mail to:

• All payments must be received by March 22nd, 2026
Business License Requirement
All vendors must obtain a Business License to participate in the festival. You can apply online through the One Stop Shop Self-Service Portal.
If selling at a special event in Gilbert, you must register as a Transient Merchant.
• $30 per event
• $55 annual license
